The Marketing Specialist will support management in the development of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activity and results. Will also identify, delineate, and report market conditions in existing and potential markets. Provide logistical and administrative support to marketing projects and activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- HCC Marketing Approval processes – iMR submission for all promotional resources
- Totality Process, Purchase Orders and Check Requests processes
- Monitors, review and reports on all marketing activity and results
- Identifies, analyze, and delineates market conditions in existing and potential markets
- Assists in communicating key findings to internal customer
- Provides basic ad hoc analysis as required to support internal costumer
- Suggests possible changes and improvements for future programs to manage business situations
- Coordinates market research and test market activities to determine market requirements for existing and future products, and to gather market insights from sales representatives and HCP’s
- Manages and monitors the marketing budget
- Assists management with the development, implementation and updates of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Communicates with US partners to advance key brand initiatives
- Acts as the Liaison and support with local Advertising Agency and external vendors.
- If requested, participates and attends seminars, external meetings, community projects, meetings related to the Sales & Marketing.
- Provides support to the Product Managers with any administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- Ability to analyze markets, utilize information, value new products, and develop growth strategies.
- Good organizational skills, motivation for sales, good team working skills and the ability to meet sales goals.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Other:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required
- Must have ability to work on weekends to support congresses, as per business needs
