Job Summary:
Customer Service Clerk is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
CSR also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service. (화물 픽업 접수)
- Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution. (UPS 고객서비스팀. 대표전화번호 응대 업무)
- Handling customer complaints in professional manner (UPS서비스 관련 문의핸들링 및 클레임 처리)
- Responds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction. (수출입화물 배송 트래킹)
Qualifications:
- Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline (대학졸업장/학위 소지자)
- Good command of English (영어사용 가능자
- Customer Focus (고객중심 문제해결 능력 소유자)
- Computer Literate (컴퓨터 활용능력)
- Excellent communication skills (의사소통능력)
- Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill (팀워크)
- Relevant work experience is plus (관련경력 우대)
Working Hours:
- 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)
