Lift Auto Group, a leading name in the collision industry, is experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work from home and a unique opportunity to shape our Power Platform environment from the ground up.
As the first developer dedicated to this platform, you will create innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and automation across the organization. You will work closely with senior management to design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on powerful automations, insightful reporting, and integrating AI and RPA technologies to streamline processes and boost productivity.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to explore and implement new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize the use of Power Platform technologies to provide business efficiency through automation (eg. AI document process, RPA), deliver applications to manage business processes, and analyze data to provide business performance insight.
- Become a champion of creating enhancing productivity through technology by fostering relationships with business process owners, gaining insight to their needs, and designing solutions that address them.
- Manage tools and implement policies and procedures supporting best practices for data, security, and deployment management and the growth of the Power Platform development team.
- Demonstrate the value-add of deployed solutions through analysis of costs and efficiency gains.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics) while implementing solutions for medium to enterprise grade businesses.
- Strong understanding of RPA, AI, and their applications in business processes.
- Strong ability to interface with non-technical departments, extract solution requirements then translate them into technical solution details.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate application life cycle management.
- Accounting and finance literacy as it relates to supporting Finance team automation.
- Experience with training junior team members.
- Relevant industry certifications.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience with a company with a rapid merger and acquisition schedule.
- Prior experience within the collision industry.
- Experience with ADP, Nexsyis, and other payroll systems.
