Required Qualifications:
- Around 8+ years in similar analytics roles
- Bachelors, M.A./M.Sc. College Degree or Higher in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, regression, integration, and stress performance testing
- Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge about Home Lending or Auto Lending is a plus.
- Knowledge of PVSI, Non-Lending, Student Loans, Small Business and Personal Lines and Loans is a plus.
- Strong experience with data integration, database structures and data warehouses.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 5+ year of Teradata experience
- 5+ year of SAS server experience
- 2+ years of Tableau experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
- Ability to form a story through data analysis
- Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
- Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to articulate basic project methodology concepts for managing scope, cost, and schedule
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
