We're looking for a Data Entry/Customer Support Represntative to join our team as a freelancer. This position is for up to 40 hours per week, and is hybrid based out of our El Dorado Hills, CA office. This is a 6-month contract position starting mid to late August 2024, running through January 2024. We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic and positive individual who is detail focused, and knowledgeable about sports.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Replying to customer service tickets via email
• Entering high school sports rosters, schedules and scorse
• Importing data through our in-house software
• Utilizing MaxPreps live-scoring tools to cover football games 

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree
• Self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 

Additional Qualifications:

• Prior customer support experience 
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus
