Job Description

• Processing each order completely and accurately
• Packing the orders in a safe, effective and efficient manner; verifying order accuracy by order number, product quantity and shipping each order
• ​Ensure special safety precautions and/or equipment is maintained
• Awareness of storage techniques and locations, space allocation, & stock rotation.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for RMA request.
• Create and manage vendor and internal transfer documentation
• Prepare merchandise for shipping with necessary and correct documentation.
• Responsible for the verification and accuracy of all outgoing shipments
• Responsible for loading packages onto carriers as needed.
• Responsible for physical inventory count in assigned area.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provide driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
• Supporting technical support activities between outbound and vendors.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and tasks may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Pay Range: $18-$19

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent​
• Previous experience working within Fulfillment, Warehousing, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Must be physically capable of repetitive standing, lifting, bending and stooping for long period of time

Essential Mental & Physical Function

• Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting and sitting for long periods of time
• Ability to work under extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather
• Requires minimum lifting ability of 40 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance of team members and/or equipment
• Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and/or cold
• Must be able to pick up at least 50lbs and drive a forklift

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazard
