As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer queries in real-time via live chat, providing accurate and efficient support to ensure outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account issues, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to explain product features and benefits.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software preferred.
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
