We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer queries in real-time via live chat, providing accurate and efficient support to ensure outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
- Assist customers with order placement, account issues, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to explain product features and benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software preferred.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
