Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a multilingual professional, you will engage with customers through outbound calling, utilizing your strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products and services

- Assist customers with inquiries, and issue resolution

- Utilize phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Experience:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles

- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software

- Prior experience in outbound calling is a plus

Part time and Full time options

We are looking for 10 new team members in the next 30 days. Our company was founded in 2018, but our company partners have been in business over 100 years. We are a sales and marketing firm with about 50 agents who spend their days calling clients, attending meetings, reading assigned material and ongoing training, submitting applications for clients, managing communications, and creating contracts. We are contracted with over 30 companies who provide many options for our clients. With so many contracts, we are able to find our clients the absolute best product to match their financial needs and goals. We help people with things like planning out retirement, life insurance, annuities, 401K/IRA/Roth IRA rollovers, debt consolidation, and more. Our team is a diverse group of individuals from all states in the US, they are all hardworking positive thinkers.

Position is remote, and all meetings, trainings, client calls, and interviews will happen via ZOOM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
