Customer Service Representative
We are a jewelry company located in Downtown Los Angeles seeking an experienced customer service representative with a background in e-commerce to assist our team in managing our online website platforms.
Responsibilities Include:
· Handling all aspects of communication with customers including phone calls, live chats, emails, voicemails, etc.
· Handle all returns, refunds, and exchanges of orders
· Work with team on reputation management to respond to negative feedback on our websites
Candidate Skills Must Include:
· Excellent English speaking, writing, and phone communication skills
· Organized and have good attention to detail, ability to multitask, these are a MUST
· Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Must be punctual and have good work ethic
· Quick learning curve, ability to work at fast pace, and independent
· At least two years experience with customer service in the eCommerce industry. Any experience in the Jewelry industry is a plus
· Given the sensitive nature of the jewelry industry applicant must be willing to undergo a background check.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Serious inquiries only please!

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
