Wholesale bag and cap company is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic individual to become a key team member in its customer service dept. The position will help in processing sales orders, providing support for customers by phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain emails and calls
-- Handle Customer related calls
- Processing and following through with orders
- Ensure shipment processing
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and staff
- Interact with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience
- MS Office knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- English required.
