This role is pivotal in supporting the Systems/Tools and Marketing departments, offering high visibility within the organization. It focuses on preparing and delivering critical reports to senior executives, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations that shape key decision-making processes.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the systems/tools department and marketing department to understand their data and analytical needs.
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders.
- Create and/or update complex SQL queries that can join tables/data from multiple sources.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior executives, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide analytical support for evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and systems/tools implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
- Assists with the training and mentoring of new and existing Product Support Analysts on all sales-related procedures and paperwork requirements.
- Keeps abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
