Join Janney’s Outside Pre-Sales (OPS) Appointment Setting team and take the first step in your sales career! As an OPS representative, you'll canvass neighborhoods, schedule free inspections, and act as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for free no obligation inspections
• Act as a field marketing and brand ambassador for Janney Roofing
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets
• Represent Janney Roofing with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort to increase earnings potential
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine
• Valid driver's license

• Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary of $40,000 plus uncapped bonus commissions
