In this role, you will:

• Prepare generic mapping files for invoice uploads into Choice system of record
• Perform operational accounting activities related to client collateral activity along with account reconcilement and maintenance
• Provide operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the account policy requirements to include processing client chargeback requests and updating invoice terms
• Daily review the DIMs queue and work schedules to clear DIMs queue
• Perform customer account maintenance duties
• Evaluate the operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline of work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to take initiative including asking questions and researching answers
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve business, production, and quality goals
• Research experience within the financial services environment
• Experience working with collateral
• Ability to research, analyze, and determine a course of action for the reconciliation of customer accounts
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including the use of pivot tables, V-look ups, H-look ups, charts, and graphs
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site at the stated job location
• Typical hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:30pm
