Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk/General Office Clerk.

Responsibilities include: accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems and assisting with general office work.

EXPECTED DUTIES/Responsibilities::

· Updating, Expanding, and maintaining Databases

. Organize & maintain electronic and paper files

· Calling on Existing & New Accounts

. Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors

· COLD Calling

. Assist with data collection as needed

· Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy

· Assist Sales Team

. Provide administrative support to the team as required

· Bid Preparation

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks, and databases
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

JOB TYPE: IN-OFFICE, FULL-TIME, MONDAY – FRIDAY, starting at 6:30 A.M. daily.
