People Insights is a Center of Excellence (CoE) that enables TWDC Human Resource leadership to attract, engage, and retain talent through compelling and actionable People Analytics. We transform organizational, HR, and Talent Acquisition data into a unified BI portfolio that empowers clients to create compelling stories about our most valuable resource: people. In this role, you will have the chance to improve your expertise and knowledge and be an essential part of a Snowflake data warehouse project which includes the load of workforce data into a Snowflake database and enterprise data model.
This position is a project hire role until March 2025.

This position is a project hire role until March 2025. This position can be located near any Disney Hub (Burbank, CA; New York, NY; Orlando, FL or Bristol, CT) with potential opportunities for remote work.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank is $106,600-$130,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
