Job Summary
The Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology (DE&ET) Product Team is seeking a skilled Product Manager II to join the Data Solutions & Instrumentation team, leading measurement operations and data collection strategy within our ESPN web portfolios. The ideal candidate has significant experience managing the instrumentation of digital analytics tools or digital measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar, an understanding and experience with tag management system such as Ensighten, Tealium or similar and has an expert understanding of how data is structured or captured from web and native applications. The Data Solutions & Instrumentation team plays a key role in defining DE&ET data collection strategy, developing data requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for new products. The team also develops tools and processes for validating instrumentation accuracy and monitoring ongoing data quality and schema adherence.
Successful candidates will be comfortable and excited about leading, planning & execution across functional teams in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a diverse set of leaders including engineering, product, program management, data technology, analytics, and marketing functions throughout The Walt Disney Company. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of the world's most recognizable brands and ensure their businesses are making the most data-driven decisions possible. This role will report to the Manager of Data Solutions & Instrumentation.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA and New York, NY is $118,000 to $158,200 per year and in Bristol, CT and Santa Monica, CA is $112,600 to $151,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
