We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input quoting details into our management system. Additionally, the Data Entry Specialist will be involved in various other projects requiring data entry and organizational skills. Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent is required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, but not required. Must be willing to obtain.

What You'll Do

• Input quoting details and specifications into the management system with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered.
• Organize and maintain files and records of data.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for quoting purposes.
• Assist in other data entry tasks and projects as assigned.
• Will have exceptional organizational skills, time management skills, and can work independently.
• Is someone who thinks critically and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology and computers.
• Maintain a positive attitude

What We Offer

• Full time (40 hours) per week
• Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
