DATA ENTRY CLERK - PT

We achieve our mission through providing processes, data and analytics/research designed to improve clinical practice and provide decision makers with the ability to assess the impact of system changes on outcomes and quality of care.

Mental Health Outcomes is seeking a part-time, temporary Data Entry Clerk with excellent data entry and customer service skills.

This is a part-time, temporary position expected to last several months; working in the Lewisville Office.

$15 per hour; 20-30 hours per week.

This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

Essential Core Functions:
1. Verifies documents using Teleform software to ensure accuracy of data
2. Tracks total number of documents verified and hours spent on each on a weekly basis
3. Monitors, researches, and corrects scanning errors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education, Certification/Licensure, and/or Experience

• High school diploma with some college preferred
• Experience in healthcare-related fields helpful
• Significant attention to detail required
• Must be able to focus on repetitive tasks
• Proficiency in data entry required
• Competency in Excel preferred
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
