Job Responsibilities
Data Entry and Record Management: Accurately maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings for our sales and service teams by reaching out to leads, managing calendars, and communicating meeting details effectively.
Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Travel Advisory: Share expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options with clients.
Problem Solving: Tackle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
Problem-Solving: Capability to address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, to accommodate client needs and different time zones.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
