Full job description
Strong multi-tasking skills, being able to balance multi projects while remaining organized and adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management. Ability to communicate written and verbally in a professional manner at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Knowledge with Salesforce and FastTrack are recommended but not necessary.
- Responsible for transferring data from paper formats into our computer files and database systems.
- Inputting customers' information into created spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.
- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary.
- Computer Efficient
- Attention to detail is a must
- Expert in Data Entry
