Lubricants Sales Representative responsible for
- Promoting and selling Chevron's products;
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
- Managing and expanding relationships with OEMs. managing and expanding relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Responsible for sales of B2B finished lubricants and related services within designated area and the execution of sales process.
Accountable for associated P&L and delivering sustainable results consistent with strategic objectives for volume, margin, customer profitability, selling prices and expenses. Ensures compliance discipline by operating within the laws of each country and executing all tasks in full compliance with Chevron policies.
Ensures effective customer segmentation to deliver financial goals.
Monitors customer profitability performance and directs improvements in the account plan.
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with partners and customers’ key decision makers and influencers.
Executes the customer value proposition for key area customers in target segments.
Ability to translate business strategies into tactical actions to deliver sales growth. Commercial acumen and market knowledge.
Strong customer and stakeholder management.
Ability to analyze and evaluate the financial implications of business decisions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OEM sector. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to OEM clients.
