In this role, you will be the key point of contact between TBX® and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful implementation of benefit plans. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service and address any client inquiries or concerns that may arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Salary based on experience. Annual bonus potential based on personal and company performance

Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between TBX® and clients
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth implementation and renewal of benefit plans
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions
  • Deliver exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams for flawless service delivery

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • One to three years of experience in Account Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of health benefit plans and insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant software applications
