The role of National Account Managers involves the development and maintenance of strong, sustainable relationships with our valued manufacturer partners. These managers are tasked with overseeing the external and internal interactions with the manufacturers they are assigned, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 

But what is Greenline Pet? Greenline Pet has recently come into the IDEXX Veterinary Software product portfolio. They are a leading SaaS data platform providing an automated solution for delivery of digital coupons and rebates for animal health manufacturers. The Greenline software platform automates a previously manual, paper-based coupon process. The platform reduces friction for the practice and pet owner, shortens the reimbursement timeline, and captures valuable data for manufacturers on campaign performance and pet owner behavior.

A bit more about the role, you will be:  

  • Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data. 

  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing system, process, or procedure improvement opportunities. 

  • Leading work activities, coordinating daily tasks, and providing training, coaching, and guidance to others. 

  • Managing external manufacturer relationships and internal relationships related to assigned manufacturers. 

  • Creating manufacturer offers and programs. 

  • Collaborating and communicating with internal teams to develop manufacturer requests. 

  • Advising manufacturers on programs and offering suggestions for better results. 

  • Training internal teams on new offers or programs. 

  • Documenting and providing processes and information on new offers and programs to internal teams. 

  • Presenting data on offers and programs to manufacturers. 

  • Handle issues and client escalations by providing solutions 

  • Training external manufacturer personnel on offers and programs. 

  • Providing expertise on assigned manufacturer programs to internal and external teams. 

  • Generating and delivering reports to manufacturers on a weekly basis. 

  • Managing manufacturer payment providers. 

 

This role could involve some US wide travel, approx once every 1-2 months.

  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office 

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM 

  • Experience with data reporting platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau 

What you can expect from us:  

  • Salary of $65,000 – $75,000
