Position Overview
Responsible for providing on-site retail sales support in the market area assigned. Support is achieved through hands-on selling to customers, continual training and motivation of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, assisting in planning and executing all special event programs, and follow-up training of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Sales
- Achieve sales plan in assigned territory, through in- store selling, events and trainings.
- Leading by example to achieve personal selling goals while coaching selling specialists to achieve theirs
- Execute all corporately directed events in assigned area
Education
- Schedule, plan and execute store negotiated trainings for Beauty Advisors in partnership with Account Executive. (Example Back of house trainings & new store openings)
- Model best practices through side-by-side selling and share key selling information with retailer team to drive sell through in key SKU’s
- Conduct productivity evaluations for all Selling Specialists in territory monthly to identify training opportunities and areas for growth
- Drive “My Beauty Play” engagement with selling specialist population (Company Education App) and utilize tools provided by Education team
Business Acumen
- Partner with Account Executive and Sales Director to strategically plan schedule, supporting top doors while staying within given budget
- Partner with AE & Sephora operations to address stock concerns
- Ensure all visuals are current & updates are executed by store.
- Maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands counter image at accounts (e.g., cleanliness, effective use of merchandising units and gondola, proper placement of product lines, etc.)
Other Responsibilities
- Utilize Concur for T &E reporting
- Lift and carry boxes & event materials occasionally over 25lbs
- Conduct all other job-related activities.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Reports to Account Executive
- 2+ years of prestige beauty sales experience
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievement oriented
- Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong leadership skills
- Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
- Must be able to drive throughout the territory and maintain valid driver’s license
- Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
