Ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate would have experience with sport channels, youtuber lead sports content that is current and relevant. We want someone who is great or even exceptional at optimising for growth of the channel.

 

Job Requirements

Evaluate all trends without the social sphere (YouTube, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitch, Discord, etc).

Implement effective optimization strategies and practices across the brand.
Create concepts and ideas to maximize the growth of the channel in line with yearly target KPIs

Ensure all franchises are effectively optimized across all channels for maximum performance and reach.

 

 

Create effective strategies that ensure a successful fulfillment of KPI’s set by the HOD’s

Work alongside the Creative Producer and all franchise producers to ensure maximized success across the board.

Build a compressive network of social optimization contractors

Create effective brand partnership strategies

Have an understanding of the relevant youtube optimisation metrics

Manage the creation, management and development of all assets that pertain to social optimisation (thumbnails, titles, SEO etc)

Track and report a comprehensive monthly breakdown of all social data brand wide

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in: English, French

 

Experience Requirements

Minimum years of experience in related fields: 1+ Years
