As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Additionally, you will actively engage with customers to promote our offerings and drive sales.

Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Provide accurate information about Discover Financial Services products and services – Proactively engage with customers to promote sales opportunities – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills – Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery – Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer interactions – Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of chat conversations and data entry – Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: – Confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer service – Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously – Strategic planning skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities – Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in chat interactions and data entry – Remote work experience is a plus but not required – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
