What You Will Do:

  • Customer Assistance:  Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding Tesla products, services, and general inquiries.

  • Technical Support:  Offer technical assistance to customers regarding Tesla vehicles, charging solutions, and software functionalities.

  • Collaboration:  Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Engineering to address complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Remote Work Experience:  Prior experience working remotely as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Availability:  Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
