Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to increase subscribers from 54,256 to 1 million.

• -Analyze current content performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance viewer engagement and retention.
• – Create a content calendar that includes a mix of educational, entertaining, and promotional videos.
• – Utilize SEO techniques to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum visibility.
• – Leverage social media platforms and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the YouTube channel.
• – Collaborate with chiropractic professionals and influencers to create guest content and cross-promote.
• – Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed.
• – Engage with subscribers through comments, polls, and community posts to build a loyal viewer community.

Proven experience growing YouTube channels, ideally in the health or wellness niche.

– Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices for content creation and marketing.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

– Familiarity with video editing tools and graphic design software is a plus.
