Role Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for supply chain management? We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and agility in our supply chain operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our department to new heights of performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the charge in developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain function. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of bill of materials (BOM) for our products. Ensure accuracy and completeness through regular audits and collaboration.

Inventory Planning and Optimization: Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to predict inventory requirements accurately.

Production Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with production teams to develop optimized production schedules aligned with demand forecasts. Implement processes to minimize lead times and improve efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance. Monitor performance against targets, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior management.

Team Development and Mentoring: Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on BOM management, planning, and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Bonus Points

Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
