Role Overview:

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that captures our brand’s essence and engages our audience. You will collaborate with the creative team, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content that supports our marketing and communication goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copy Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various platforms, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, website content, landing pages, and print materials.
  • Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content. Ensure that all copy aligns with our brand’s tone and messaging guidelines.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns. Provide creative input and copywriting expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to content strategy by researching and understanding target audiences. Tailor messaging to different segments and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Edit content for grammar, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to create cohesive and visually compelling content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on creative concepts.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior copywriters and interns. Offer constructive feedback to help improve their writing skills and overall performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility and expertise in various types of copy.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms. Proficiency in SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional training or certifications in copywriting or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Creativity: Proven track record of creating engaging and innovative copy that drives audience engagement and conversion.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
