Key Responsibilities

  • Upselling Services: Promote and upsell additional services such as priority boarding, seat selection, and travel insurance to enhance the customer travel experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Actively listen to customer feedback, document their concerns, and relay relevant information to management for service improvements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with all Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and service standards in every customer interaction.
