Toyota of Boerne is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Service BDC (Business Development Center) team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, and vehicle concerns.
  • Provide information on promotions, services, and service specials.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the customer database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when engaging with customers.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive industry preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
