Role Overview:

This position will support US fulfillment procurement, with a focus on warehouse operations. The primary responsibilities include daily procurement and payment processing. Additionally, you will conduct market surveys and gather information to develop better solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely daily procurement; Track, record orders and monitor order expenses.
  • Organize and schedule procurement promptly.
  • Mining business procurement needs, market research, understanding market trends and supply-side distribution.

 

  • Collect and integrate market information, supply-side resource development.
  • Be able to complete independently and efficiently, including but not limited to tender preparation, organization of recruitment and procurement, organization of evaluation, pricing results output, contract signing and other procurement matters.
  • Effectively control the supplier or project implementation, compliance implementation process, and timely feedback and problem solving.
  • Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the contract and delivery acceptance and can deal with abnormal issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Experienced in industry procedures, costs, and terms.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be proactive and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Google sheets/docs.
