Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating the American Airlines website and mobile applications.
  • Coordinate with other departments (operations, IT, and customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Log and document customer interactions in the system accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is preferred but not required).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge, especially in using customer service tools and systems (experience with ticketing systems is a plus).
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based systems.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or technical support roles is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the airline industry or travel-related services is an advantage but not essential.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or part-time capacity will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time, flexible schedule.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
  • Shifts are typically 4–6 hours per day with the possibility of overtime based on business requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
