As a Customer Service Representative, you are offered extensive, paid, hands-on training and a supportive post-training environment to pave your way to success.

 

In this… pivotal role, the Customer Service Representatives effectively handles inquiries from clients that are received via phone, and serviced in a contact center environment. An individual in this role will conduct customer phone verification interviews on all inbound calls for completion of application for insurance coverage. This position uses multiple systems to review and notate work per federal/state guidelines as well as Medicare guidelines.

The successful candidate will be able to interact appropriately and effectively with clients using excellent interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. The ability to use computer-based resources in a highly effective manner to educate and provide accurate responses to inquires is crucial for success.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus Prior Insurance experience preferred, Cigna experience a plus
1+ years’ experience in customer service, call center environment strongly preferred
Process and review applications into workflow.
Maintain detailed knowledge of all Medicare Supplement Products and compliance procedures.
Performance determined on many factors including phone metrics and quality assurance score

Business Hours are 8am to 5pm CST
Candidates must have a quiet and private space designated for focused work
Experience with OnBase, LifePro, Verint, Finesse, and

 

Salesforce/KnowledgeXchange Preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 – 23 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

 

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
