Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
- Professionally resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred but not required.
