Job Description
- Handle all accounts of the company and ensure high CSAT
- Give a great experience to customers and ensure the deliverables are met
- Help customers navigate through the product and manage issues
- Deliver Renewals and upsell
- Work with Founders to set up the function
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience into Customer Success roles
- SAAS experience is a must
- Open to work during US shift
- Proven track record as a CSM
