What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Drive the end-to-end process of developing and managing Target’s Frequency owned brands
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies and activation plans
– Conduct analysis on brand performance to inform decision-making and actions
– Facilitate cross-functional routines to govern the brand roadmap and monitor key performance indicators
– Build brand awareness and engagement with guests while ensuring consistency in brand activation

 

What is Required (Qualifications):

– Four-year degree or equivalent experience
– Minimum of four years of professional experience in marketing, brand strategy, or brand management
– Proven ability to balance independent work with effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of detail

– Previous retail experience
