This role offers the chance to work in a fully remote position, testing and ensuring the quality of innovative financial products. The position includes one office visit per month for team collaboration and brainstorming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, track, and report software bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth releases.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to validate new and existing features.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to overall product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest software testing tools and industry best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
