Enclara Healthcare is seeking a VSP experienced Billing Representative to join our Finance Revenue Cycle team. Enclara Healthcare is a leading solution provider, focused on simplifying care delivery in complex patient populations to improve patient experience, quality and cost. Recently partnered with Humana, our business continues to grow at a rapid pace. The Billing Representative will manage the billing process, accurately handle billing issues with Hospice patient accounts, and resolve outstanding balances.
Location: Remote US
Hours: This is a VSP role with no guaranteed amount of hours per week. Typically will be 35-40 hours. The current shift needed will be between 9am and 5PM EST Monday-Friday and Saturday or Sunday 1-2 times per month.
The department operates between 7am and-6:30PM Monday-Friday and your shift could change based on business needs.
The Billing & Reconciliation Representative:
- Reviews and reconciles the monthly census for hospice.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly customer invoices.
- Addresses various billing issues with hospice accounts.
- Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
- Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced (beginner-intermediate level) in MS Excel
- Experienced in other MS Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
