Job Description:
As a Solar Consultant with Looper Energy you will be the first contact a potential customer has from us, and first impressions count! We are looking for self starters who can work with minimal supervision and integrity. We feel renewable energy is an opportunity to help clients get their bills under control and escape the wheel of ever increasing energy rates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set appointments
- Demonstrate knowledge of the solar industry offerings and trends
- Run appointments with qualified homeowners interested in our services
- Maintain detailed records of interactions to create unity across our entire team
- Meet or exceed KPIs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer, high speed internet (wired is preferred) and USB headset required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Passionate about renewable energy and the opportunity it provides our customers
