Job Description:
We are currently seeking customer-oriented individuals for the role of Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing top-notch customer service while assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services. Responsibilities:
1. Address customer inquiries regarding Apple products and services.
2. Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support.

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Additional Information:
This is a part-time, remote position that may require work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Apple provides all necessary equipment and comprehensive training.
