Administrative Coordinator – Remote Work

Anthem is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**

– Organize and maintain digital files and records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

2. **Communication:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
– Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Facilitate communication between departments and assist in conveying essential information.

3. **Project Coordination:**
– Assist in the planning and execution of projects by tracking progress and deadlines.
– Collaborate with teams to gather data and provide updates on project milestones.
– Prepare status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.

4. **Office Management:**
– Support day-to-day operational functions, addressing any administrative issues that arise.
– Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.

5. **Financial Administration:**
– Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing as needed.
– Prepare financial reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.
– Process travel and other spending reimbursements by company policies.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
– Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance administrative processes.
– Participate in strategic planning initiatives to support department goals.
– Stay informed about industry best practices to contribute positively to the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
– **Experience:** No prior experience required, but internship or volunteer experiences in administrative roles are advantageous.

– **Skills:**
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software; familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote work environment.
