Remote Customer Care Associate

Netflix is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities: –

Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat – Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general questions about our service – Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience – Stay up-to-date on Netflix products, services, and policies

Requirements: –

4+ years of experience in customer service – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software – High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
