**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
– **Data Entry & Management:** Collect, organize, and enter data into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

– **Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing information about services, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– **Document Preparation:** Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring adherence to company standards.
– **Research:** Conduct online research to gather information and provide insights for various projects.

– **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory requirements for office supplies and materials.
– **Social Media Coordination:** Assist in managing and updating our social media platforms and company website as needed.
– **Collaboration:** Work alongside other team members on special projects, providing support in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas.

 

**Requirements:**

– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
– **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any relevant experience in administrative support is a bonus.
– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
