Responsibilities

  • Enforce YouTube’s content policies and ensure high-quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization.
  • Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high-quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis.
  • Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
  • Conduct reviews and source examples for critical policy drafts and partner with the Policy Enforcement Specialists to help draft enforcement guidelines.
  • Gather insights from the core reviews that translate into improvements across key operations workflows.
