Job Description

Walgreens is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.
