We are looking for another Virtual Assistant to join our ever growing team! We specialize in the Mental Health Field, so experience is a must. Must also be self motivated, we do have plans and spreadsheets that are easy to follow.
We will start part-time and move to full time as experience with our system is gained. EHR platform knowledge is also a must. Simple Practice is our most popular, but Theranest, TherapyNotes and other platforms are a great added bonus.
We answer calls and emails Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST however we are only paid for the work we do. We check emails a little before and after to ensure we are not missing anything important.
