About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Invoice Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and streamlining our invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role supports maintaining smooth financial operations and providing excellent service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using ConnectWise PSA.
- Work with department heads to ensure all timesheets are entered and approved on time
- Manage and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update billing records and related documentation.
- Utilize Outlook for professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel to support invoicing and reporting processes.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and client contracts.
- Provide excellent written communication for clear, professional correspondence with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in ConnectWise Manage/PSA Billing, Procurement, and Agreements, with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in the MSP industry.
- Familiarity with ASC 606.

- We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
- This position’s Salary Range is $55,000-$65,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons).
