Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
Ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote Covid-19 work)
Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Multi-language capability is not required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
This position is an on-site position, however due to Covid-19 we are working remotely until it is safe to return on-site.
